Cranberry Relish
- 4½ c. fresh cranberries, washed and picked through
- 1½ c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts,lightly toasted
- 1 c. orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Toss the cranberries and sugar together. Place in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and stir in the walnuts, marmalade, and lemon juice.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Serve cool or at room temperature.
