Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
Fig and Pistachio:

(11-ounce log)
goat cheese
pistachios
coarsely chopped
honey
fig preserves
chopped parsley
Apricot and Almond:
1
(11-ounce log)
goat cheese
slivered almonds or coarsely chopped roasted almonds
honey
apricot preserves
chopped parsley
Instructions
Roll the goat cheese in the chopped nuts. Place on a small plate.
Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of the honey over the top of the cheese. Top with a few spoonfuls of the preserves. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with assorted crackers.
