Balsamic Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 (4.4-oz.) pkg. blue cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in blue cheese, crumbles. Refrigerate.
