Ingredients

shredded carrots

crushed pineapple
drained

raisins

mayonnaise

granulated sugar

salt

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a large bowl combine shredded carrots, drained pineapple, raisins, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
