Peach Cobbler

I love to get in the kitchen, start a favorite playlist, and drift away into my own little world of baking or cooking. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes or even coming up with something new. But nothing beats a tried-and-true recipe passed down from a loved one or a friend. A recipe that has been prepared thousands of times by loving hands.

That is precisely what this peach cobbler recipe is to me. It has been around for as long as I can remember. One bite can take me back to a loved one’s table, and something about that is so comforting. It is quick and easy to whip up, and delicious served warm, out of the oven, or at room temperature.

Hi, I'm Amye. I started Not Just Sunday Dinner in 2011 after moving back to Georgia. I grew up in North Georgia and have lived in different parts of Georgia most of my life. After living in Florida for five years we moved back to Georgia in the summer of 2009. I've always loved Georgia, but now Florida holds a special place in my heart as well. I have been married for 26 years to a wonderful man, Greg. We have two children, Wes, 21 years old and a third year college student, and Savannah, 18 years old and a freshman in college. Greg and I have started "dating" again. Since the kids only want to see us when they need money

  1. This is my favorite cobbler recipe. I use it with other fruits like blueberries, blackberries, cherries, and apples.
